Specialty Papers & Tissue Papers
We specialize in offering high-quality, lightweight specialty papers
and tissue papers with a basis weight as low as 7.5 lbs. that are
printable and offer papers up to 40 lb. basis weight. Made to specific
order and precise customer specifications these are produced as roll
stock but can be converted to sheet form if required. Whether roll or
sheet stock we can roll, slit, or trim to the dimensions you require.
Laboratory and technical staffs are available to satisfy requirements
for customer specifications and end uses.
Available are over 800 paper grades produced in MG, MF, creped finishes,
bleached and natural, and a variety of colors featuring enhanced
properties such as:

Industrial Papers
Interleaving: This super-clean sheet is excellent for any
application that requires a precise pH content. Used as a liner to
package sheets and rolls of precious metals and to package and protect
engraved plates and integrated circuits.
Porous: A very open, absorbent sheet that allows moisture to wick
into the paper and away from the medium or product. Used in a variety of
products ranging from the liner in foil candy wrappers to carrier of
lead paste in the production of car batteries.
Tape Base: Latex saturated and then applied with adhesive, this
paper is used to produce masking tapes. It has great wet strength and
absorbency in relation to its basis weight and density.
Knit Twist: A true specialty grade. Converters soak strips of
this paper and twist them into heavy yarn-like fiber that dry into
‘reeds’. Used as a base for knitted and woven products such as baskets,
cowboy hats, carpet pads and liners, hampers, etc. Can also be used as a
liner or filler in the production of multiple-wire electrical cables or
twisted into shopping bag handles.
Towelette: Great wet strength allows this paper to be soaked in a
soapy or antiseptic solution and used as a wet wipe. The wipes are
sealed in foil packets for use by patrons in restaurants and medical
facilities.
Seat Cover: Used in the production of toilet seat covers.
Lightweight and fast- dissolving are its characteristics.
Table Cover: A durable paper with great dry tensile strength used
for disposable table coverings and place mats.
Flat Stock: This paper has a resistance to curl and is
manufactured with a precise and consistent porosity. Normally used in
carbon-coated checkbook inserts.
Pattern: Used as a printable paper to produce sewing patterns.
Also by the clothing industry as a stabilizer to assist in the
production of pleats, buttonholes, and lapels.
One-Time Carbonizing: Strong, dense, natural-colored tissue used
as a base for carbon-coating. Used in multi-part business forms.
Salon Products: A porous tissue used to wrap hair around rollers
in the application of permanent wave solution.
Gift & Decorative Tissue
Gift Tissue: More than 150 colors are available for two very
different types of uses. The unique Deluxe Colors are designed to bleed
to create ‘paint’ and ‘tie-dye’ effects when wetted. The Standard Colors
are vibrant, bleed-resistant colors for gift wrapping purposes; the
color stays on the tissue, not on the gift.
Honeycomb: A heavier-weight tissue in a variety of colors
converted and used in party decorations such as hanging wedding bells,
etc. A grade of tissue maintaining a specific porosity which can also be
made flame retardant.
Crepe Base: Features a very uniform sheet structure allowing for
great color consistency. Converted into streamers, bunting, etc.
